I added some new pieces to Gather DTLA! The Sitters and twin cats are hanging outside the yarn shop. Like me, they would be nothing without yarn!

Crochetscene
The incomparable, Vickie Howell, was the guest editor for the 2017 issue of Crochetscene magazine and mentioned my work in the "Ones to Watch" section! It's an awesome issue too - with special guest editor, the incomparable Vickie Howell! I'm so honored to be in with three other phenomenal fiber artists with Vickie's recognition (she's an amazing crafter) and kind words about our work. It's the best encouragement to keep on hooking! And, they mentioned my favorite yarn shop, Gather DTLA.
Vogue Knitting Magazine
I got a mention in the Fall 2016 Issue of Vogue Knitting! It's a good thing that I photobombed an unaware Popeye. More over, I'm excited to be in the company of major stitchers like Steven Mark Berg, Vickie Howell, Siedah Garrett and my pal, amazing fiber artist Ashley V Blalock!
Yarn: The Movie
My favorite yarn shop, Gather DTLA had a screening of YARN: The Movie at The Last Bookstore on August 28th! I was a part of an artist's panel with Ruth Souza, Martha Winterhalter, and Ashley V. Blalock, hosted by Gather's own Evi and Tifanee.

Fiber Art Now
My portrait, "Dan", appears in the new winter issue of Fiber Art Now. My inspiration for the portrait was artist and photojournalist Daniel Eldon. The article by Trudi Van Dyke features five fiber artists & I'm stoked to be included with them and their amazing work.
Happily Hooked Crochet Magazine
My artwork appears in the latest issue of Happily Hooked courtesy of Kathryn Vercillo of Crochet Concupiscence - for Movember.
Interweave Crochet
May pal of Crochet Concupiscence, Kathryn Vercillo, profiled my work in a wonderful interview for Fall 2014 issue of Interweave Crochet Magazine. We talked about the craft, yarn, and on being a dude that's a hooker.
Dan Eldon
Photojournalist and artist Dan Eldon has always been a constant source of inspiration to me and my work. Without the work of Kathy Eldon, the world can see his compelling art and continue his campaign for tolerance around the world.

Writer and Crochet Queen Gwen Blakley Kinsler generously featured me in her crochet blog.
